General terms and acceptance

Account dormancy and closure
If a non funded account remains dormant for more than 90 days or a funded account remains dormant for more than 180 days remaining balances may be forfeited. Wk888 will attempt contact to recover funds unless there is a genuine reason for inactivity. The Company reserves the right to close the account in such circumstances without further notice.
Changes to these Terms
Wk888 may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting on the Site or upon notification where required by law. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree you must stop using the Site and close your account.
