General Rules

The Wk888 sportsbook rules govern every bet placed through the platform. Where multiple language versions exist, the English version governs disputes. Wk888 may modify site features, betting limits, and available offerings without prior notice. These Rules may be updated or amended at any time and apply to all Bets placed on the sportsbook. The use of the sportsbook and any Bet is subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of operation and to any regulatory requirements applicable to the operator.

Wk888 reserves the right to review and, where appropriate, adjust or cancel Bets in accordance with these Rules, including in response to technical issues, errors in odds or event details, and to protect the integrity of the betting product. The sportsbook may suspend or terminate a user account for violation of these Rules or applicable law. All decisions taken by Wk888 under these Rules are final unless the operator determines otherwise in writing.

Definitions

  • Sportsbook means the online platform operated by Wk888 for provision of betting services, including all software, data feeds, and interfaces connected to it.
  • End User means an individual who registers and places Bets on the Sportsbook and agrees to these Rules.
  • Bet means a risk based agreement entered into by the End User with Wk888 on the outcome of an Event, Market or a set of Markets, by staking an amount described as the Stake.
  • Stake is the money transferred by the End User to the Operator as the consideration for a Bet.
  • Outcome is the result of an Event or Market that determines Winning or loss of a Bet.
  • Market is a declared betting proposition within an Event that is open for wagering at a given time.
  • Event is a sports, esports, virtual sports, or other defined activity on which Odds are offered.
  • Odds are the coefficients expressed in numeric form used by the sportsbook to calculate potential Winnings.
  • Winnings means the amount paid to the End User when a Bet is settled successfully.
  • Operator refers to the legal entity operating the Wk888 sportsbook in accordance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility and Accounts

Only individuals who meet the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and who are not otherwise prohibited from betting may open an End User account and place Bets. Wk888 may require verification of identity and age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close accounts violating these Rules or regulatory obligations.

Placing Bets

All Bets are subject to these Rules and applicable law. A Bet is valid only when it is expressly confirmed as accepted on the betslip. Wk888 retains sole discretion to accept or reject any Bet. End Users may review their Bets in the My Bets area to confirm acceptance and status.

Bet Types

  • Single – a Bet on a single Outcome. Payout equals Stake multiplied by the Odds offered.
  • Combo – a Bet on multiple independent Outcomes. All selections must win for the Combo to pay; a single incorrect selection voids the entire Combo. Payout equals Stake times total odds of the Combo.
  • System – a set of Combos with a fixed stake and a defined number of Outcomes. System payout equals Stake times total odds of the System.
  • Trixie – a three-market combination consisting of one treble and two doubles, formed from a selection of three Events. Treble refers to a 3-fold; a double refers to a 2-fold. Winnings equal Stake times total odds of the Trixie.
  • Patent – combines one treble, three doubles, and three singles from three selections. Winnings equal Stake times total odds of the Patent.
  • Yankee – consists of one fourfold, four trebles and six doubles from four selections. Winnings equal Stake times total odds of the Yankee.
  • Canadian (Super Yankee) – comprises one fivefold, five fourfolds, ten trebles and ten doubles from five selections. Winnings equal Stake times total odds of the Canadian.
  • Heinz – includes one sixfold, six fivefolds, fifteen fourfolds, twenty trebles and fifteen doubles from six selections. Winnings equal Stake times total odds of the Heinz.
  • Super Heinz – includes one sevenfold, seven sixfolds, twenty one fivefolds, thirty five fourfolds, thirty five trebles and twenty one doubles from seven selections. Winnings equal Stake times total odds of the Super Heinz.
  • Goliath – includes one eightfold, eight sevenfolds, twenty eight sixfolds, fifty six fivefolds, seventy fourfolds, fifty six trebles and twenty eight doubles from eight selections. Winnings equal Stake times total odds of the Goliath.

Where Odds contain more than two decimal places, the payout is adjusted to two decimals. Total Odds may be calculated with extended precision, while the Total Winnings are rounded or truncated to two decimals as described in the Risk and Settlement provisions.

Cash Out, Bet Builder and Early Payout

Wk888 may offer a Cash Out feature that allows the End User to settle a Bet before its natural conclusion. The offer may be accepted or rejected by the End User. Cash Out terms may change over time and are not guaranteed for all Bets.

Bet Builder enables placing Bets on multiple Markets within a single Event. All included Markets must be correct to win. Bet Builder may not be available for all Sports or Markets, and availability remains at Wk888 sole discretion. Wk888 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate Bet Builder features and to reverse settlements if Bets are settled in error.

Early Payout allows a Bet to be settled as a winner before the final result if predefined conditions are met. Early Payout is offered at Wk888 discretion and may vary by Event and Market. Markets shown as Early Payout will display relevant settlement terms in a tile or tooltip.

Settlement and Void Rules

Outcomes are settled when determined by official sources. If an Event or Market is not decided by normal completion, Wk888 may settle or void Bets in accordance with official announcements or the described market terms. If an event is postponed or interrupted, Bets may be voided or settled based on the official result if the event is not resumed within a defined period, typically 48 hours, except where the market description states otherwise. Bets on markets that require overtime or shootouts may be settled according to the official result that includes or excludes such periods as described in the market.

In the case of long or short term outrights, Play-or-Pay rules apply: Bets on participants remain valid even if the listed participant fails to participate, in which case the bet stands as loss; Head-to-Head markets and certain individual performance markets may be void if the listed participant is replaced or does not participate. If a participant is replaced by another from the same team, team markets may stand while individual markets may be void.

Where a scoring or match incident is reviewed by the Video Assistant Referee or similar authority, Bets placed during the period affected by the review may be voided if the decision alters the state of play at the time of Bet acceptance, unless the odds for the bet were unaffected or already accounted for at the time of acceptance. Wk888 may reverse settlements if a final decision is issued that changes the outcome after settlement but before the match concludes and communicated by the governing body.

Markets dealing with weather, venue, or other radical changes may be canceled or settled in accordance with the updated event conditions. Where applicable, a match format and duration rule may render certain Markets void if the format does not meet the stated thresholds.

Live Betting and Market Scope

In-play Bets are settled in line with live event progression and official results. Bets may remain open to settlement beyond the end of normal time where the market description indicates inclusion of extra periods unless otherwise stated. Markets that rely on event-specific details, such as phases or special conditions, will be settled in accordance with the official outcome applicable to those markets.

Odds, Rounding and Confirmations

Wk888 truncates displayed odds to two decimal places for user presentation. Total Odds are calculated with extended precision and rounded to six decimals for internal settlement, while Total Winnings are truncated to two decimals for payout. Any discrepancy between displayed odds and settled amounts is resolved using the internal rounding rules described above.

Event Formats and Market Coverage

Wk888 supports standard match formats including 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30 for both prematch and live bets. For matches with a total duration under 50 minutes or over 90 minutes, all Markets may be voided. If a market applies a halftime rule, the halftime duration is calculated as half of the total match duration. The End User bears the risk of format changes and any settlement implications that arise from such changes.

Outrights and Play-or-Pay

Outright markets include short term and long term selections. Under the Play-or-Pay rule, bets on participants stand regardless of participation, with the participant’s absence generally resulting in a loss for the related outright market. Head-to-head markets are excluded from Play-or-Pay protections; if a listed participant is unavailable, H2H markets may be void or settled according to the market terms. If a participant is replaced, team markets may stand while individual markets for the participant may be void.

Discrepancies, Modifications and Settlement Integrity

Wk888 reserves the right to cancel or void Bets in response to errors in event details or odds, duplication, or suspicious activity. Changes to venue, substantial changes in event circumstances or indicators of potential fraud may trigger cancellation or voiding of related Bets. In the event of a regulatory or sporting body ruling, Wk888 will settle Bets in accordance with the final determination and may disclose relevant information to authorities where required by law.

Fraud, Technical Interruptions and User Conduct

During bet placement, any technical interruption or systemic abnormality may lead to a temporary halt in wagering. Bets may be accepted or rejected as circumstances dictate. Automated betting software, robots or scanners are prohibited, and use of such tools may result in Bet cancellation or account suspension. Multi account usage in contravention of these Rules may render Bets void and accounts closed.

Settlement Timelines

The maximum period for final settlement or re-settlement of a betslip is thirty days from the date of initial settlement, except where market terms specify otherwise. Bets settled within the applicable market timeline will be considered final and binding except as otherwise described in these Rules.
